First Fridays are for friendship! Okay…every day is for friendship, but on the first Friday of each month we celebrate with a little something extra. Members can bring a friend to the gym for free all day!
Not a member? You + a buddy can come together to each get half off your day passes.

A time for female-identifying individuals to connect with one another and climb as a community.
